Shipping/Returns

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please allow up to 12 business days before receiving your shipping tracking number.  Business days are Monday-Friday.  Custom orders are made to order and aren't available to ship until they are complete. All custom orders will indicate if they're custom in the product description.  Please leave any details you would like to communicate in the Order Notes during checkout for custom orders ONLY.

SHIPPING

We ship all non-custom orders within 3 business days of placing an order- if item(s) ordered during business days (Monday-Friday).Non-custom orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped within the next two business days.

DELIVERY

We cannot give an exact time of how long delivery will take beyond what the tracking number indicates. Your tracking number will give you the most accurate time estimate.  If you have any other questions please feel free to use the Contact Page to send us a message.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are FINAL. Returns are not accepted due to the rare and exclusive nature of the items we sell. The ONLY exception is if you get sent an incorrect item you didn't order. Please make sure you read all the product descriptions and ask any questions by contacting us BEFORE making a purchase. We spend time making sure every product description is accurate.  If you have questions that aren't included on the Product page then please contact us via our Contact page. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

DISCOUNTS

We offer coupons for our site periodically. If you have a coupon you'd like to use just enter it during checkout in the coupon area.
